Since recovering from my first attack over 12 months ago my feet feel like they belong to someone else.
I find that wearing closed in shoes is a big help.
Recently I had an innersole made from stuff the bootmaker normally puts on the bottom of shoes. It's rippled and very hard - and feels great.
Any other tips?
I was going to say that "yep I have two of them"...........:-)
Sorry don't have any real tips for you, know that my feet are there, but they are not if you get what I mean.
I find I am best in closed in shoes, cannot wear thongs anymore, fall flat on my butt or face. Also have to be relatively flat as in sneakers and casuals.
