Hey guys. I have been having a really rough few days. I have done lots of jopurnalling, trying to purge some of the crap from my head, but I feel like a mess. Any thoughts and comments on my journal pages would be greatly appreciated. I'm feelin especially needy, and I don't like it.

I'm sorry that you are having a hard time...I promise I will get to your journals asap. I have the kids and we all start school tomorrow so today is bonkers, but after they get to bed I will make it a priority! ((((hugs))))

For me the whole first year was like that :( It gets better. Less often. Soon you will just cry in the shower. Yay! I've really given you something to look forward to there, huh! It does get better though... This is a great time to do some reading and reflecting. :) You seem like a strong woman. You will get through!!!

Ugh. I HATED feeling so damned needy. I hated feeling so fragile.

Nurture yourself. Take care of you in the ways that make you feel better. "Take comfort wherever you can," was my motto for months. Whether it was a cup of tea, a good cry, watching the clouds, smashing all of the plates... (Well, you know, I'm not perfect... *smile*)

This is only a moment - it too shall pass.
