My heart goes out to you and your daughter! The title of your post caught my attention because I have been through the battle of my life as well, 2x times with my children's father. The first time was when I first left him, my children were infants. Second time, he won and ,my children were 10 and 12 yrs old.
It will be 4 yrs this November since we were separated and I have seen them. I am dealing with parental alienation.
I wish there was some magic word I could offer you to make it all go away. I know the pain, the agony and the fear that goes through your mind every second and moment that your daughter is away from you.
For the other parent, its mostly about power, control and causing you harm - robbing you of your joy through your child.
You can and will get through this. A priest once told me to do everything I could to keep my family together! I did and in the end, when I was tired and could do no more and could no longer stand to see my children dragged through another legal ordeal, I surrendered.
It's a journey that is personal and uniquely suited to you and how you choose to traverse it. Just know that you have the strength, wisdom and power within you to win and overcome, in your own way.
Take it one day and one moment at a time. Surround yourself with a ton of support and Rest when your body feels run down.
I wish you and your daughter victory!
How are you doing?
But above all - KEEP YOUR COOL! How you present in court is so very important.
