I am in the Denver area and am so lucky to be 15-20 minutes away from my RE office, Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM Lone Tree). I had a successful first IVF cycle in 2009 and am going through them again for my FET. Love love love love my RE. I couldn't be happier with him and CCRM seems top notch! Glad you're care is going good, Jules.
I am in the Dallas area and my RE office is Dallas IVF in Frisco, TX. I am seeing Dr Ku. It's a 30 minute drive for me so not bad at all. I think my care is great. I can call or email, I choose to email, as many questions has I may have and my RE, not the nurses will always call me back the SAME DAY. He really makes me feel like we are in this together. It also helps his wife conceived there child via IVF, so he understands personally what we are going through. I am glad to hear others are receiving great care in there area, because this is just too important of a journey to select wrong.
I am in Connecticut, and my RE group is "Connecticut Fertility"...Dr.'s Doyle and Williams. They are both wonderful, and the staff is soooo supportive and nice! It really makes a difference. I don't feel like just another patient, they all know me by first name, and you can tell they really care about you. i know quite a few women who have gone there..most of who have been successful in having their dream come true. Their little quote is.."Connecticut Fertility...where miracles happen"...I love it!!
I doubt anyone will be able to connect with me on this one...... First off I am in the Caribbean (Jamaica) and I am at the Hugh Winter Fertility Management Unit, so far I have no problem with my clinic and my embryologist and consultant. I have their personal numbers and i can call them at any time if a have a problem. Even though there is not a lot of options in my country for fertility treatment, surprisingly they make you feel very comfortable and at ease. So far I am ok........ another thing they source all my meds for me down to the needles :)
Cardinals, Frisco is also beautiful so your sister is lucky for sure. I usually stop for a little shopping after my RE appt. It helps with keeping my spirits up. After the shoes I picked up last time, I'm sure my DH wished Frisco wasn't so pretty with great shopping
I live in Indiana, My Dr. is Dr. Cooper, He is a great guy, and seems very compassionate, his wife is his assistant and she doesn't hesitate to jump in and tell me from a female's point of view.. His staff is not very good with the paperwork side of things, and that would be the only complaint I would have.. I actually drive to Indianapolis for my ER & ET. To Dr. Donahue's office at Family Beginnings IVF. They are super there. All the staff are very pleasant to interact with. They tell you every step you are about to endure.
