Coincidentally, I had my bloodwork for my thyroid yesterday. I take Armour thyroid because it has t3 and t4. It's made from cow or pig thyroid rather than synthetic. When I was on Synthroid it was always having to be re-adjusted.
FYI, in case you don't already know how important it is to take it on a empty stomach...take it on an empty stomach! LOL
Anyway, the past 6 months I have it next to my bed and keep a bottle of water there. When I wake to pee at 6:30 or so I take it. That way it has been at least an hour before I eat breakfast. Since doing so I've needed less and it has stablized.

I am going for a ride to the park here. :)

It is a beautiful sunhine but very windy, windy day. I think we sometimes need a break. I find when I do, I have to make myself drive or get out as much as the day before, but I tell myself, it's o.k. to not do anything new today. That way I haven't lost any ground. I haven't read any anxiety books per say but I am reading "Battlefields of the Mind" by Joyce Meyer. It really helps with self image and positive thinking which of course helps with anxiety. I've also read a short book by Joel Olsteen called "Live Your Best Life Now" It is a very motivational book. I agree with Mema sometimes we need to take a break from reading about anxiety and just read a fun or creative book. We can't let anxiety consume our free time obsessing about healing or what we need to be doing next to rid ourselves of it. I limit my daily time for reading about it or practicing tools to help me with it. The rest of the day, I try to just function as I normal would if I didn't have it. I also limit my exposure therapy time so I don't overdue and regress.
I am seeing friends tonight- would rather hiberante
I am lucky to have freinds
so tired lately
Have a great day everyone you are all so special

Love you all and sorry I haven't been around much.
Nice to see you! I hope all is as well as can be considering your loss.
I use the "STOP" when I start to think up wild stories or go down a negative path.
