I have my sliver sneaker fitness class today and Karate tonight. I skipped the water exercise class today as 3 exercise classes in one day is way to much for me. So, I plan to do the water exercise class on the days I don't have the silver sneaker class. There is also the yoga class on an off day from Karate and I can also work out on the equipment as well on Mondays and Fridays. I have it all figured out! I'm going to look so good by summer!!! People won't even know me anymore. My friends and family are already telling me how much better I look. Cliff has asked for a picture of me so he can see how much weight I've lost. I'll have to have a friend take one so I can post it on myspace for him to look up. He is doing well. I got a message from him today. He keeps busy. Right now he is at one of the out post stations. I've no idea where exactly. I guess I don't need to know.
Ok, off to buy some new wiper blades for my car and then to my exercise class!
Have a wonderfully positive day everyone!!!
love and hugs,

Sounds like a great goal rabbits :) Congrats on the great progress Dixie. Love how you share your ideas Betsy! Char, glad things are going well for your son. Must be tough with him away!
Don`t forget the Positive Self Talk everyone! A few minutes here or there. Plan it for when you are driving to work or write something down to read when you wake... every little bit helps!
