This year I was diagnosed with a congenital spinal condition as well as a worsening of osteoarthritis. My spinal cord is being pinched from all sides at C5-C7. This causes tremors, tingling, and myoclonis (twitches and spasmodic jerks.) As of a few months ago I began to notice that I would not always be able to acheive orgasm when having sex with my female partner. 

At this point the stenosis in my spine is also preventing me from acheiving orgasm. 

I am able to become aroused, erections are fine too, I can perform for ~30-45 minutes, but I can never reach orgasm or ejaculate.

I still do have regular sex with my partner and sometimes I feel good about being able to do that for her.

The only problem so far is that I tend to burst out sobbing afterwards and usually run off to another room to sob in peace and quiet.

I never really feel bad, but it feels totally involutary. I often feel much more relaxed after I stop crying in a few minutes.

Anyone else have difficult sex then lots of crying afterwards?
