I AM SO VERY SAD TODAY THAT ITS ACUALLY MAKEING ME SICK..MY BABIES I HAVE BEEN BRAGGING ABOUT(4 KITTENS) ARE VERY SICK AND I BELIEVE FROM FLEAS.ONLY ONE LITTLE GIRL IS STILL PLAYING AND ACTING LIVELY.I LOST A WHOLE BATCH OF KITTENS A FEW YEARS AGO THIS WAY BUT THEY WERE JUST BORN .THESE GIRLS WERE VERY HAPPY AND ACTIVE NOW ONE CANT HARDLY BREATHE AND THE OTHER TWO JUST SLEEP.I TRIED SOME POWDER ON THEM BUT IT DOESNT SEEM TO BE WORKING.I JUST WANT TO CRY...I CANNOT AFFORD THE VET OR THE EXPENSIVE TUBES FOR THIER NECKS BECAUSE I HAVE SEVERAL ANIMALS TO TREAT...MY DAUGHTER IS HAVEING SURGERY MONDAY MORNING OUT OF TOWN AND I WILL BE LUCKY TO AFFORD TO GET HER THERE.....SORRY FOR MY RAMBLEING...I JUST FEEL LIKE A FAILURE AND HORRIBLE PERSON SITTIN HERE WATCHING THEM SUFFER.WHY CANT VETS CARE MORE AND HELP THE POOR.,FOR THE SAKE OF THE ANIMALS...

sorry u feel bad cant u get cheap or free healthcare somewhere if u have a low income in the uk u can get ur pets treated at psda u only have to make a donation

thanks for your reply...the only care we have here is vet care and very very expensive.its about $160.00 just to have a female cat fixed..i found a program that will take $60.00 but long waiting list.i just get so frustrated by the cost for medical for your pets.its my own fault i know because i have way to many animals...it was easier when i was working but now things are so hard to keep everything going.i take in animals thinking they are better to live with me than be hungry or abused but i guess i am not any better if i cant protect them from fleas.i had a cat this year that came home with his back leg hanging off ,i rushed him to the vet and they amputated it and he is doing fine but it cost over three hundred dollars.well,take care and thanks for allowing me to vent.many hugs xoxoxo tammy

i'm varry sorry to hear about your kittens maybe they will get better on there own, i don't know if it would help but maybe you could give them a bath and wash the fleas a way. i wish you the best of luckwith all the animals my prayers are with you:)
