Again, my opinion would be to eating healthy, not necessarly going on a fad diet. Making a choice to eat a healthier meal, loaded with veggies as opposed to carbs, salt, high animal fat or added sugar would for sure make an impact on your mood. You're giving your body what it needs and craves after all.
Then when the healthy food choices are being made, also adding excersise to the equation would add to your overall well being. I know for me when I was working out by choice instead of by necessity I was overall happier and my depression was down a ways.
When you choose healthier once in a while it also can add to your pride, and view of yourself. Which I know I could use a boost of.
Thanks for this "food for thought" post Sean. I think I should start eating healthier and look back to jogging. Who knows what other changes that can inspire.
However much protein i can fit into a days worth of feedings 250-350gms per day and no more than 100 carbs per day for a leaning out process and surprisingly i havent been getting all irritable or pissy lately.My goal is to hit 200lbs from 242lbs by spring. Im going to try and keep everyone updated as to my progress with this goal.
