I had one like that awhile back and it really rattled me...I almost left DS because of it.
But then I answered him, and he told me I won the lottery in his country, and all I had to do was send $1500.00 to his address, and then he would take care of all the paperwork and send me the 15 million that I won, so I sent that off with the info he needed, (my social security number and bank account numbers so my winnings could be wired directly to my account) and I'm so excited! I know it will take some time to get my winnings, but how lucky can a girl be??? Its been about a month, I know the money will be here soon!

OK, kidding...but yeah, just ignore them.
