i would like to thank everyone for the warm welcome. some of you that know me know what i do to maintain my recovery but i was taught early on to always have the wiliness to keep an open mind.

Jan, hell I'm an open book. I don't hide that I'm in AA & live the 12 steps that saved me from me. It's my initials-- Gary Jay.... As far as bashing from my exp. all the groups don't do that (most the time)
