Who knows. It could be helpful. Stuff like this is often very subtle-you don't notice huge changes immediately but rather gradual ones if you keep up with it. I would think that it is costly and insurance does not cover things like this-so you would have to be financially committed too.
I would be curious to hear if this was helpful for anyone though.
