Hey! Thanks for posting! Reaching out for help is the first step in getting the help you need.
There are many groups out there (nationwide and worldwide) that can help with problem drinking. Alcholics Anonymous is the most widely known group and has nightly meetings in almost every community in the US. Alanon is a support group for those who live with, or have lived with, a problem drinker.
Please keep posting and look for a meeting in your area. It can be a bit scary at first but get started today! You'll be glad you did.
