For some reason the topic of Self-Care has come up four times since last Saturday. All good shares.
I'm going to use the topic next Tuesday at a meeting.
What do you think about Self-Care? Do you think it is selfish ? Should be an interesting
discussion.

Self-care goes hand in hand with self-compassion, don't you think? Making sure I am caring for myself through regarding myself as my best friend first, and somebody who needs attention next, is #1 for me. I'll get it one of these days.
