Been looking for somewhere to share the heavy backpack i drag along with me. Thought id been a poor sort of Christian for many years, made a complete mess of my life and now feel a reluctant apostate. My repentance is never deep enough, never feel real. Is this my destiny am i a judas instead of the Mary i would like to be but dont have enough desire or love. Two words sum me up weak apostate, what is the point to life when eternity is so bleak sorry just in a really bad place, the day of my birth was a bad day for those who have had me in their lives. Feels a relief to say what has been haunting me for years, just feel unworthy of space. Bruised

What we do is never good enough for them. How can they expect us to want to be with them when they are constantly telling us what we do isn't good enough?

God doesn't make junk. Every aspect of life contains a part of Himself. I don't know how old you are or anything about you, but I'm here to tell you YOU ARE NOT a curse, it was NOT a "bad day" when you were born. Some of the feelings you have are most likely the result of childhood experiences. Your enormously low self esteem is NOT TRUE. If you have emotional or psychological problems (and it seems you do) get professional help. Find a psychotherapist. Since you appear to be extremely depressed you might benefit from medication. God can't and won't force on you the actions you need to take to help yourself. You must make that choice. There is no one, not one, free of sin, guilt, regret, not one has made no mistakes; not one is not beset upon by the Liar. If you're NOT being tormented in some way, then your soul is in trouble because It doesn't have to bother with you. God can forgive anything and anyone.
