Adult children of narcissistic parents Community Group
A space to explore our thoughts, feelings and experiences that have occurred as result of our childhoods with narcissistic parents (one or both). It is hoped that we can use this space as a further tool by which to take control of our lives from those we have inadvertantly relinquished it to, heal the hurt and be happy.
Let your light shine and $%(* anyone who gets in your way.
Trust the light in you; it knows. When you start to bite your nails, or feel like you must have heard that wrong, or something just tingles that psychopath sensor button ... don't ignore that. That's your light warning you that someone is acting without well intentions. You'll figure out who it is, and remove yourself politely.
It's your light and there aren't many out there who just want your pretty little light, or awesome powerful storm, to light the way, except you. So shine on. From now forward.
I'm 43 and wishing I saw the strength of my own character so much earlier in life.
