One thing that I really didn't understand fully until recently was that my N Ex and N Mother both actually enjoyed my pain. Sick? Yes, indeed. I too am a sensitive person and easy to manipulate because it never occurred to me that people you love would do things that you were incapable of doing yourself! Protect yourself by getting to the point that you really do not care what other people say about you, and anyone who does not genuinely support you should be in your life in a very limited basis if at all.

Many thanks, Hummingbird. Truely warming courage to me, despite of the tearful fact we saw. I would probably guess insecurity... esp when family members consider others as competitor instead of loved ones to support.

Start to realize there's quite a lot of manipulation my N parent did to her spouse as well. When I look around, many relatives of mine do that to eacher too...

So sad watching them... don't understand why people tend to be this low, short sighted, and disrespect others' intelligence in their family. There's usually not much corners to cut if the relationship is life long.

Got sabbotaged again today... why people input so much engnergy in manipulation instead of support for others. Confusing mindset.
