I don't know, but I started to read this yellow workbook I bought at one of the few meetings I attended and I think it will be very useful to me. It goes along with the red book. There are a lot of questions to ponder and write on and I think it would be good if we could share some thoughts here. The closest ACOA mtg from me is over and hour away.
