There are lots of books and such that address the kinds of issues we seem to come up against as people in this group.
Ive just finished watching Alice in Wonderland, a film I never managed to stomach all of as a child and a book I never read. I just didn't like it.
The reason I watched it was out of curiosity brought on by the various references made to it in a book I am currently reading, The Boarderline Mother.
It's a reasonably good general book offering some insight and context for the confusing world I have grown up in, which in turn has lead me to groups like this. And so I thought to share.
I have also read Toxic Parents a good few years back and at that time in my personal development it was most instrumental in giving me some much needed validity to my own existence and it's seemingly endless suffering.
I have some more books, and may power through them soon as I am finding myself ahead of my own set reading list as far as in that I am surprised as to how far I really have come.

I'll be letting my husband read it and mailing to my golden child brother, he's feigning concern for my movement toward self actualization in the form of that he's seeming to give a damn about what I think, so he can have my books when I'm done with them.
