I often fall into deep depression, mostly related to my ADHD struggles. I know it is weird, but I get a strong impulse to cut my arm. NOT AT ALL related to suicidal thoughts, I just want the pain. The physical pain overrides my mental anguish. Does anyone know of a 24/7 "crisis" hotline I can call when I feel the need to cut?

And just a personal thought- On a suggestion from my therapist, I have tried body art pens. I guess its sort of like art therapy that (usually) comes off with soap and water or rubbing alcohol.
