Recovery is slow with adrenal fatigue. There are so many things within our control that will help. I have cut out caffeine, added healthy salt, got my cortisol tested, juice veggies as often as i remember, take walks, cut things out of my schedule, take naps if i dont get enough sleep, try to take the pressure off myself to be "perfect", take liquid multi vit and vit C.

Hi there.I am taking a herbal formula for adrenal fatigue.I have always been more inclined towards natural medicines.However I have suffered with adrenal fatigue for so long now and have resorted to small amounts of hydocortisone.It takes the edge of the severity of my fatigue.I am also using bioidentical progesterone cream.Just a few days ago I started on Iodine drops and also taking colloidal silver.Today I am going back on a liquid vit c and liquid B vitamins.I find it difficult taking too many things.I have been ill for so long , I really just don't know anymore.So tired of suffering.

I take supplements, meditate, sugar free diet, and lots of veggies. Lately I've added ginger and garlic to my routine. I use ginger root in my food or make it a tea. I put garlic in my food (either raw or cooked). I've been doing total body modification but I had to stop because of a lapse in health insurance. It'll be back on in July and I'll start back up. TBM seemed to help but lately I've been getting fatigue again. I think it's because of anxiety and sugar imbalances.

I really want to take magnesium because I think it could help but my doctor said magnesium could be harsh if it's not needed or not taken at the right dose. So I will be getting tested for magnesium deficiency when my insurance is back on. Also, I've been wondering if I have Candida rather than adrenal fatigue or do I have both. many of My symptoms match Candida.
