Rock on - sorry I did not get informed there was a reply in my e-mail. I am doing very well. Have been well since March this year - well continuing to move forward anyway. I am back to work after a year since May - part time . I can skip naps half the week now. But I have had to change my eating habits and take my whole food supplements daily. Life will not be the same but I am grateful to feel like myself again. I still have days where I feel more tired - but I recover quickly now. No more of those 2-3 week crashes. Most of the time I feel better than I have in several years. Hope you are okay!

Hey Guys, Boy oh boy what a journey. Just starting out on mine. Going through a program with Dr. Lam out in CA. Seems very well thought out and organized. These bizarre crashes are wild. Very scary. Have to ride them like a wave. I would love to be in the ocean on a little real wave actually wouldn't that be fun. People who have this have to be very courageous. You have to dig deep to keep it all together as you know how vulnerable you feel. SEvans so happy that you are feeling so much better. Helps to see how people move through this. Hey Rockon, Let us know how you do with Dr. Lam. He recommends a lot of vit c and b5 if memory serves. The only thing is - he does not address the reason for adrenal fatigue. There are usually underlying problems causing this, like hidden viruses, etc., taxing the adrenals. Anyhow that's my 2 cents! :) Be careful as too much vit c can deplete your minerals (I used to take tons of acerola berry daily - I cut back to 1-2 tbsp a day now, unless I am fighting a sore throat or battling a smoky environment) - we have smoke from fires around here now so today I am taking like 5 tbsp before the day is thru for sure.

Please do not give out false information. This is not accurate. If you have your opinion I value what you are doing to get better. Share that. It is a good idea to share information that works for you but not to give out information that isn't accurate about what someone else is doing. Dr. Lam has saved my life. I wrote extensively about him but my computer froze and I couldn't share it with you. Anyone that sees this please go to Dr. Lam.com. He had it and has cured many many people around the world. Rockon, I just shared my understanding of Dr. Lam's info as I have read extensively his information. Many people have been helped and some have not been. That is not false information. Too much vit C can deplete minerals - I know this for a fact because I was taking 10,000 mg of acerola berry for over a year and I was mineral deficient. I was just saying find the root of WHY. If Dr. Lam has found out why you have adrenal fatigue than great. Just be careful. If you are on the right track you will stop having crashes for sure. If you keep having crashes something is not being addressed. Many people have said comments, warnings, and I do not personally mind warnings - they have helped me. If that is a problem I will stop writing here at all, no problem. I guess the fact that I have recovered with no crashes over a period of months when most here don't means nothing. I do not need to write to daily post anymore. I was just trying to help as there are still so many sick. Whatever.
