had for over a year and not getting better

I have been living with addisons for a year and a half and wake up sick everyday i take 35mg of hydrocortizone @ 0.5 mg of floricort i dont know if i am getting the right amount of medicine to help me feel better seems like my endocronologist cant get me on the right track does anyone have any advise
