Well, Still going strong! My last day smoking was Feb 18th

Life is much easier now and I do believe going this long now means I have developed a totally new habit.

A habit of not smoking Haaaa

Soon I will exercise regularly. Walking around the block is the easiest way to start getting fit. If I had cross country skis I might be able to stay fit in the Winter time also. I dont have enough space for indoor exercise equipment. The only way I can stay on that equipment longer than 5 min. is with my favorite music going.

I did have a gazelle but my stepson broke it beyond repair. I loved exercising on that while holding gardn hose watering the yard, multi tasking kept my mind occupied tricking me into getting a nice long workout

CongratZZZ! Awesome on your quit or should I saay start on your new clean healthy habit.

With you on the "easily bored" page. Have to do group exercise classes @ the gym because I get distracted @ home. Its only 1 mile away so it has become a good habit in my life.

Thanks Ptriss! I love that idea. I have a new fitness club in the area that has incredibly reasonable prices w/out extra fees compared to the other major clubs that charge an arm and with ridiculous sign up fees. But I still been procrastinating.

With the money saving not smoking I should just do it. They have an assortment of classes scheduled.
