Thats what I hear about drinking water. If you ever get thirsty it means that you have already dehydrated yourself. So keep on sipping water before you ever get to that thirsty point. Dont touch fluoridated water. If you dont have your own well water find a source of distilled water to drink daily. Notice I didnt say go buy bottled water. I have heard of studies where those bottled waters tested contain dangerous chemicals we are all trying to avoid.
The world has the wool over our eyes. Is there anything left in the world that doesnt cause cancer?
Our Wheat is GMO, our Soy is GMO, Our Corn is GMO, Our Rice is full of Arsenic. We try to avoid awful dairy despite the Dairy industry spending Billions on commercials lying to us. So people drink Almond Milk. And then we read the labels and they have put disgusting Carrageenan (another cancer causing yuk) in the Almond Milks. I bought toothpaste that says no fluoride, bring it home , read the label and it contains Carrageenan also.
The shampoos and lotions, noxzema etc they been selling us and wipees for our babies' butts contain Anti-freeze (propylene Glycol)
I guess the world has forced me into another addiction, A Crusade for Better Health and warning others
For 3 decades I Didnt enjoy feeling dumb, shy, not able to think clearly, not able to hold intelligent conversations with people being high all the time caused. My significant others were/are smokers too. The dynamics of this type of relationship made it difficult to quit. When one wants to quit the other doesnt, visa versa.
But my survival depends on it. My job requires brains and continuous learning to stay afloat. I am the only bread winner for my current household of four..
Twice now I have become too sick to smoke and used that opportunity to quit. This last time I just kept on telling myself, if I dont quit I will get very sick again and cant afford to miss anymore work.
I continue now to be surrounded by smokers smoking around me and in my home. I stick to my guns and proudly dont smoke. Smelling it once in a while is not cool! I worry about contact high but its not like being in a Cheech and Chong Van.
