Ok. So last night I was "very good". Just a little wine and no brenzos. Slept well. Yay me, right?
But I still feel kind of yucky this morning.
Ok. I am ready for my reward for doing better!
I get so discouraged when I read about how long it can REALLY take to feel better after you quit.
I have also heard many NEVER feel good again or lose the cravings.
Oh goodie! That sounds great too!
A few times more than I want to admit I have had an "eye opener" in the morning to get over the ucky feeling.
That is tempting right now but I think I will just throw in some laundry instead and go tend my garden.
But I still feel kind of yucky this morning.
