Hi guys, I just found this subgroup and I think it's AMAZING! I feel it will really help people like me. Missy I can really relate to you because like you I want to stop drinking and I tell myself every morning when I wake up that I am not going to drink today and before the day is over I'm finding reasons why I need to drink. No matter what I do or how hard I try, by the time I go to bed I'm drunk. I'm super glad that I found a place I can vent and know that I wont be judged when I slip up and have that drink.

Welcome! I feel the same way and being able to talk about it has been helping me cut down! It is so worth it. I too have not quit but have cut way back for maybe 4 or 5 days now. I don't keep count.

But I am feeling SO much better mentally and physically!

Keep fighting Pebbles. This is the first morning in quite some time I have woke up without a sick stomach and it was mighty nice.

I am recognizing what my triggers are and getting them under control
