wow! I feel grumpy and restless today (what's new lately??!!!!! *giggling* ) but I have found that when I take a loving stance I do feel much closer to my HP and far more serene, accepting and relaxed. Don't always manage it though! The urge to rebel and grump can be quite strong!

I do So Believe that to be true... I wish I Could Make others in my LIfe See what This Looks like, but they are so Closed off to Love its Scary... Thank Goodness I Found Al-anon, and thank Goodness I am Now FREE To LOVE, and Not Pressured too...

The guy who shared it has 30 years sobriety... he found Love (HP) and moved away from the dysfunction
