Yes, the word 'speech' for me would fill me with apprehension and dread ! EEK! Kind of also infers a them and us....I always prefer 'share'. Takes the pressure off!
YOU will do great!!!!!!!
I always tell myself to not forget that my Higher Power is speaking through me and it's in His hands. That way I seem to always be fine. And !!!!!! never forget (((Dave))) what comes form the heart reaches and touches the heart! That always helps me.

Rosie... NLP is very similar to CBT. While therapy can last for years NLP can usually find a solution in two or three sessions. There are people who need intense therapy by trained licensed professionals... while others know what is going on but just can't seem to make the necessary changes... this is how I described it on my website...
"So what is NLP? This is what I wrote on my final exam when explaining what it meant to me. “NLP can be viewed as a toolbox that has all the information available to help people change. It offers a restructuring of life. It involves techniques that show, spiritually and physically, our potential power to change and to grow. It empowers a person on their journey to fulfilling their own goals. Through it all NLP shows that it isn't about controlling people, but rather by helping one self we are able to help others.” And I concluded by saying in its simplest terms NLP is, “finding the excellence within and
championing one's own power.”
