Acceptance of our situation can be very relieving to the mind. When I had to go back to wearing diapers, it was very distressing to me. Now that I have accepted that my daytime and nighttime incontinence is not going to get any better, and will most likely continue to get worse, I have accepted the fact that I must now wear diapers 24/7.
