Don’t worry. You are not alone with your bedwetting. Wearing protection every night is good even you have dry nights but I guess it gives you peace of mind.

Don't be ashamed of having to wear extra protection at night. I know I was at first, but if it helps, wear it! There is no shame to having a medical condition,

Better to wear more protection than you might think you will need. Much better to wake up in a wet diaper than a wet bed. I have been wearing super absorbent overnight diapers for several years with rarely any leaks.

They often say ‘less is more’ however I think ‘more’ protection is ‘less’ hassle.
Cloth diapers with plastic pants is old fashion but still a very good option!

As others have said, don't be ashamed of wearing protection. Far better to be prepared and have good night's sleep than wake in a wet bed. I have been using TENA Slip all-in-one adult nappies for 30+ years, first just at night but now 24/7. I use the TENA Slip Maxi and find them excellent. Sadly I cannot recall when I last had a dry night! I have also tried cloth/terry nappies and plastic pants but have not found that they absorb and hold urine as well as the TENA Slip but many prefer them. Found what is best for you and just treat them as part of you night clothes or underwear.
