When waking up sometimes I become aroused from awet diaper,how do you cope with this?

I wear pull-ups and pad rather than a diaper. My suprapubic catheter means I do not wake up wet but I often wake up aroused.. I enjoy it.

This is very common and nothing to be ashamed of. Embrace it and enjoy these feelings.
