I believe I put this on here already, but I sure don't mind sharing again if I did. A couple weeks ago in church, About a quarter of the way through my Pastor's sermon, I felt like there were butterflie's in my stomach, it kept getting stronger and stronger, then the feeling started moving up, I felt like I couldn't breathe, I had tears going down my cheeks, I was still hearing everything my Pastor was saying. Honestly it felt like a panic attack, then I knew what it was and I knew what I was being told. I was being told that I was neglecting my studies, I was neglecting people that I had said I would through my groups, at first I was saying "I get it" silently in my head. That was good enough, so I was whispering it, still not good enough. I wanted to "yell" it! I didn't, but I did say, just like I would if you and I were having a conversation at my table. I said it over and over and over. And the feeling started lessoning, like relaxing. And all I could do was smile. But my legs were shaking, they were numb. This Sunday was Holy Communion and I honestly wondered if I would be able to walk up there. But I did of course. After service I told my Pastor about it, he hugged me and said "good this is what your supposed to get out of service" and I said no, and told him more. He said "you know what just happened right?" and I said "yes, the Holy Spirit just spoke to me, touched me". My Pastor hugged me tight. What a wonderful thing to happen and one that I will never forget.
The Lord knows honey and He is always there. So read your Bible, have Faith and Trust in Him.
