For many of us before we found recovery we never had a concept of a prayer of course talking for myself.
There are many that had a emergency prayer get me out of this one and I will never do "whatever" again. That's not my exp. Whatever it was I did going to jail or whatever the case may of been my thought was always OK lets just get it over so I can go back doing what I always done. Put something in my body to change the way I feel . It was always about the effect.

Good topic, when I have a problem, I will ask my HP to show me the way,if I leave it alone and stop niggling it it gets sorted.I cant believe that sometimes I forget to ask and hang on with all my might until it becomes too too much. DUH
