I'm celebrating 7 years sobriety today yipee!!
I've been on ds for 5 years Lost touch a bit in the last year or so on DS especially the main board. I guess that's happened to a few other's. Leave it a while and most of the names are different. Maybe that's the natural progession of online alcoholism boards. Still a few people about from back a year or two like coogee billy gin Sticky been a regular good contributor for a couple of years And exjg allways found her very constructive and helpful She puts up with being in a minority very well Even saw a post reply from an old friend KK another very helpful giving non AA gal.
l Learnt a lot from Nemo and Chris miss there wisdom but appreciate having met them online
Been to my home group tonight I brought some choclates and nice biscuits to celebrate I shared my ESH and grattitude for sobiety My 23 year old daughter is coming home from London for the weekend Thats a gift a miricle that I am sooo grateful for
wishing one and all contiued sobriety ODAAT Tony

Nice to hear from you! Love and congratulations on your 7 years. Like you, I miss Chris and Nemo - it's sad to lose old friends but their spirit and wisdom just hovers around DS sometimes!

Don't forget if you are ever in North london, not only do we have the greatest ever football team, we have some good meetings and I can cook too, so you have an invite for dinner too!

No not achelsea shirt the avi is a photo of George Best (my alltime favorite player) allthough i'm a lifelong spurs fan but george was my boyhood hero.Its from the 68euro final at wembly united played in unfamiliar blue asthey clashed with Benfica's red I didnt have an avi at all for the first few years xmas before last Chris changed my blank to a xmas tree That was typical of her
