I can be at both places on any given day...or hour! So long as I recognize the 1st for what I am in need of and take care of myself, the 2nd does always come.(o;

I'm in between both collums today,, somewhere between yesterday and today I dropped in H.A.L.T .... haven't been taking care of enough food intake.. been feeling lots of anger, lonelyness and not sleeping well. Therefore losing hope, acceptance, love and tolerance...
