A place to share your life without fear of judgment. Community Group
I want a place for friends to meet up and share what is going on in their lives, good or bad. Without judgement and hopefully a lot of laughter.

So this state is finally starting to open----sure. We can have customers in the store but employees have to be checked-temperatures every time we go outside and come back in, only a few in the store at a time, they have to stay 6 feet apart, we have to have shields over the counter, wipe down anything and everytime someone touches anything, and a lot of sh*t that is not necessary. Walmart had not done all this!!! It is the employees who are punished and not sick people. I am not judging anyone who has been sick--far from it. I don't think we should be punished for being well all thru this.
There are several customers who are rude all the time. They will not wait their turns, pile their crap on the counter, won't use a cart and interupt when I am busy with others. I really don't like someone who says they can't wait and just put the money down saying they are late and here it is--they have to leave.
I have not had a problem with wearing a mast or even the gloves when I have to but all the crap and new rules are over the top.
Before all this, I had to take some people's stuff to their cars if they couldn't carry it, they would take the cart out, I did wipe down the handles on the carts, doors, and counter but not every customer. The germ killing wipes last more than one customer!!! We have always had hand sanitizer on the counter for anyone who wanted it.
Now I find out the virus doesn't live a long time on surfaces, 80 plus degrees kills it, and it is no worse than the flu to most with exceptions of course.
CALGON---take me away!!!! Prince Charming--come and kiss me, wake me out of this night mare!!!

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Hope the dog days of summer aren't getting you down!

I will say I think you have misinformation about 80plus degree weather killing it....they said sunshine kills it and really you are right that it on surfaces only has set amount of lifetime....and I hear it is pretty hard to spread with contacting it with hands if we keep them away from face where the openings are to membranes that will allow it to grow....
anyway very good to talk about it....I am still scared of it.....I am not immune to it and I do have health issues of diabetes and other things too involving my lungs....I used to smoke and back then was diagnosed with COPD.....and I have had allergic athsima since little boy...
I read about the 80 degrees yesterday but think it is more like 90. Fresh air and heat will kill most viruses. If the store is limited in numbers, how can we keep the door open? That would solve alot of crap. We have been working in the back with 3 doors open even when it was raining and cold wind blowing. No body got sick.
