I found a post on my adoption group where the person wished that the adoption groups were more active. Others agreed. In fact so did I. I addressed it there and in a group notice.
I said that I did not fault the person for asking. A leader can not be there all the time. Plus it is not the leaders job to carry the group! A leader wants to encourage the group to grow and share regardless of the leader. I would be humbled if I logged in to my group and there were tons of posts on and off topics. I learn fro them even more that I can ever offer to them. I also added that I am searching for some Admin to assist.

Our group started april 16th 2008 so we are about to be a year old and I wanted to know what I can sugjest to the members to celebrate.Also we have stagnated on new members.I could use anny sugestions on increasing our members.
