Affirmations are expressions that have the power to transform your life by influencing the way you think about yourself, others, and the world around you. When you change how you think, you change how you act, and the results can be immensely rewarding.
Following is an affirmation once found at the clinic in Nancy, France, of French psychologist Émile Coué (1857-1926). The ‘formula’ is an affirmation, to be repeated 15 – 20 times, mornings and evenings, not unlike a mantra or chant.
“Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”
