Too Miserable

I dont know what to do. I feel miserable all the time. I cant get out of bed, I have a hard time getting dressed and I feel alone. I isolated myself from everyone I know. I prayed for mercy from God and it was never delivered. I have been on Parnate for a week. My doctor tells me it is going to be another week before I see results. How can I live like this for another week? What is the puroose of all this misery?

I have the same problem sometimes. The way I deal with it is by thinking of who I am living for (in my case its my brother and my mom) and I listen to music that relates to me. I will give you a suggestion list. Keep in mind that some of these are sad, but it seems to help.

Believe it or not, other people will notice the change in you before you do. And, it does take a few weeks for medication to work. Misguided had a good idea with the music and reading. I also like to write when depressed. I just start writing whatever I am feeling. Getting it up and out of my systems helps me. I may share it, or, I may just tear it up or delete it when I am finished, but like I said, I get it off me. I hope you start to feel better soon.
