It's hard not to take on guilt when my spouse is able to get a lot accomplished and I am only able to do (what I feel is) so little. It makes me feel like I'm not contributing and no matter how much I do or how tired or stressed I am; I always end up feeling like I didn't do sh*t to help out. It is indeed frustrating.
