I draw strength from giving time to myself. I'm an introvert and that time is precious to me so that I can think and dream and compose things that I want to write about.
I find peace in meditation, music, and coloring. I buy specialized coloring books from the arts and craft store and I color with pencils rather than crayons. It's very soothing for me and brings out my inner child.
Most of all, I find the most peace, the most strength, and the most joy when I allow my True Self to be free. When I hide behind a mask or put on a costume for someone else, it does nothing but depress me and make me feel fake. I just can't live that way any longer.
