For the third time in six years, The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar in Tustin took the top honor from the Orange County Concierge Association. The restaurant was named 2013 'Restaurant of the Year.' The restaurant is located at The District in Tustin (2647 Park Ave.). The honor comes at a time when the restaurant will be opening a new location in Newport Beach in 2014.
