FORMER North East badminton champion Derek Talbot has tied the knotin Bali.Derek, 62, married his spouse of 13 years, Anne Dogeon, 57, on a
stunning sun-kissed seashore in Nusa Dua, Bali, on February 25.

Derek's sister Brenda Scott, of Whitley Bay, North Tyneside,
travelled out to the Indonesian island to be bridesmaid, and her partner
Ben Carter was the ideal - - man.

Though he now lives in Ibiza, Derek originally hails from Cochrane
Park in Newcastle. He lived in the North East for several years, exactly where he
built up his sporting occupation.
