Start of Month 7

Began back on January 11th after downtime with the injury to my side - doing the beginners routine and will continue until February 11th and increase my inputs/outputs by about 10%
 
Out six months and found out my left wrist is weak and will be putting a support band on it - the damn thing swells up about the size of a dollar coin and bubbles up . . . told my bride to just stab a hole in it and let the water drain out . . . lmao
 
Six months and no accidents so my goal is 50% complete - aiming for 1 year since I hurt myself about 3 x in 2013 and continually had to stop, recover and start over again.
