I went for a walk last night after I got home from work. I listenned to Adele and some CCR I felt more calm. Yesturday was kind of crazy at work so I brought home alot of stress, I was pretty wired when I walked through the door. I walked a bit farther then I did yesturday, I think that will be part of my goal to walk a little bit farther each day. I am still finding it hard not too think about work while I am walking so I try to concentrate on other things. When I got home I was a bit more relaxed. I made dinner and watched some tv. I didn't have a great sleep last night I feel groggy today but it isn't too bad. I would still love to be at home in my warm bed hiding from the world. It was only my second walk so i am still optimistic that it can really help me.
