Honestly, we think thats a pretty cheap trick on Costcos part to lure people onto its website and into its stores, and we dont blame Michael for taking legal action. Las Olas Boulevard shop relocates Moda Mario, a men and women's European clothing store, is moving three blocks down from its current space on Las Olas Boulevard. Mario Argiro, owner of Moda Mario, said the business is downsizing and he's already offering items at 80 percent off their regular price and will continue to do so until he sells off what he can't take to the new site. "It hurts to see the stuff go, but I can't take it," he said. Argiro said he began sending emails to his customer this week to let them know about the move. He expects to be at the new site at 1200 E. Las Olas Blvd. this fall. Moda Mario is now at 822 E. Las Olas Blvd.

In one example cited, Costco in April sent an email ad touting a selection of handbags for Mother's Day "starting at $99.99," several of which were Michael Kors handbags featuring the company's trademarks. But Michael Kors, which also makes shoes, watches and jewelry, said that its representatives visited Costco's website and 19 retail stores, and found none carried its handbags.
