Medicaid questions

I qualified for 102 hours a month of Medicaid the other day and am looking for advice about care givers.  We have a lawyer who's guided us through this whole maze.I have occasional complex partial seizures and am wheelchair bound.  Excrutiating fatigue is another problem because I have apnea and a neuromuscular disorder that's putting a heck of a strain on the body.  I use a toilet riser at home and getting on and off an ADA toilet is darned difficult and will be, in a few months, impossible.  I'm male so getting help in a public restroom rules out a female care giver.  At home I'm already getting help showering in an accessible shower that works well.I live in Seattle.  Does anyone have any ideas, experiences, tips, whatever on picking care givers.  Any and all ideas are welcome.  Thanks
