The inaugural Midwest Institutional Real Estate Equity Investment Summit will be held in Louisville on Wednesday, June 11, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Ice House, 226 E. Washington St. It is presented by the Kentucky Certified Commercial Investment Member Chapter and Real Estate Venture Exchange LLC, a regional marketplace of commercial real estate owners, developers and prospective equity investors.
