Planning to catch up on some last minute online Christmas shopping at the office? Dont let the boss catch you. According to a survey by Robert Half Technology, more than half 56 per cent of Canadian companies are blocking employees access to online shopping, up from 32 per cent of employers who blocked access last year. The survey, based on telephone interviews with 270 CIOs from companies with 100 or more employees, found that only 16 per cent allow unrestricted access to online shopping sites.
